Carson and Bryan were married on November 1st at Hayes Barton Baptist in Five Points with their reception at the Carolina Country Club. I met Carson at a Bridal show and we instantly clicked! Carson and her family were so wonderful and I spent many days (and nights!) with them making sure everything was perfect. I think I actually became an honorary daughter, because we spent so much time together! 🙂
Traditional and elegant was the look we were going for with this event. There were so many wonderful touches involved, like Carson wearing her mother’s wedding dress. I definitely recommend doing things like this for your wedding, it makes everything so much more personal and memorable! Whether you take a piece of your mom’s dress and sew it in to yours or carry a locket of a family member that has passed in your bouquet, it is something I think every brides should consider! Back to Carson and Bryan 🙂 After a beautiful ceremony, guests headed over to the Country Club to start the party!
Brenda and her staff at the Club made sure everything was exactly the way Bryan and Carson wanted it. After lots of delicious food, the bride and groom made their grand entrance and went straight into their first dance. Liquid Pleasure was our awesome band for this wedding and they rocked it out. After they cut the cake, Brian and Carson danced the night away with their friends and family before they departed under a shower of sparklers to their honeymoon.
Thanks so much to Neil Boyd of Neil Boyd Photography for providing all the beautiful photos! I can always count on Neil to do an amazing job! Another big thank you to Carson and Bryan for allowing me to be a part of your special day. I had a fabulous time with you both throughout the entire planning process!
