Desiree’ and Armanti Edwards Wedding in Charlotte!

Desiree’ and Armanti were married this past April in Charlotte, NC at The Ballantyne Hotel. It was such a joy to plan this wedding with this couple. At times it did get a little crazy, with most of the planning being during football season. We had a great time having friendly rivalries between ECU (my team) and APP STATE (Desiree’ and Armanti’s team) … of course ECU crushed APP during their face off. In the end we were all on the same side and the wedding came together beautifully.

Although normally a man of few words, Armanti just couldn’t stop talking about marrying his high school sweetheart, Desiree’.  In the photos below, you will see by Armanti’s ear to ear smile that their wedding day was one of the best days of his life.   This couple has two of the most adorable children who were a part of the wedding as the cutest little flowergirl and ring bearer.
Their black and white 1940’s (with a pop of pink) wedding was unmistakably a good time. They incorporated many special touches, from Desiree’s custom heels to little Armanti Jr.’s matching white tux, to the talented Atlanta Rhythm and Groove Band and DJ Tim-E packing the dance floor all night.

Thank you Desiree’ and Armanti for allowing us to help you plan this gorgeous wedding!

Here are some of our favorite details of the day. Thank you Robin Lin for capturing these beautiful images!
