Customizable Packages to include any of the following: • Unlimited phone, email and face to face consultations • Budget Development • Venue Selection • Vendor selection, development and attendance of all meetings • Vendor contract negotiation • Design services: color palette, rentals, florals, lighting, etc • Etiquette guidance • Menu planning • Coordination of all wedding events: rehearsal dinner, engagement party, etc • Guest list management including calling all guests who have not RSVP’d • Hotel room block coordination • Out of town welcome basket design and distribution • Coordination of all of wedding weekend events: rehearsal, ceremony and        reception • Detailed timeline for wedding party and vendors • Contact all vendors prior to wedding to confirm • Distribution of final payments to vendors on day of wedding • Securing of all gifts and delivery after event • Distribution of gratuity • Any other wedding planning needs! Weekend Coordination: • 3 one hour meetings to discuss contracted vendors and obtain an understanding of the vision and goals for the event • Detailed timeline for wedding party and vendors • Contact all contracted vendors in the week prior to the event to confirm and discuss itinerary • Rehearsal, ceremony and reception direction • Supervise all vendor set up at the ceremony and reception • Coordinate with all vendors to ensure the ceremony and reception follow timeline • Distribute final payments to vendors on client’s behalf • Secure all gifts at end of event • All other Weekend needs that arise!
