Your day will be executed just as you planned and we’ll be there to ensure things run smoothly. We will coordinate with all vendors and help with setting up items such as favors, place cards and making sure the reception is set as planned. Day of coordination allows you and your family to be a guest the day of your wedding. Here’s what we will provide:

3 one-hour meetings to discuss contracted vendors and obtain an understanding of the vision for the event
Detailed timeline for wedding party and vendors
Contact all contracted vendors the week prior to the event to confirm and discuss itinerary
Rehearsal, ceremony and reception direction
Supervise all vendor set up at the ceremony and reception
Coordinate with all vendors to ensure the ceremony and reception follow timeline
Distribution of final payments to vendors on day of wedding
Securing of all gifts and delivery after event
All other Weekend needs that arise!
